Naukri is an online job website which connects job seekers and employers. It offers services such as Resume database access, Job listings, and Employer branding.
Naukri does not charge job seekers to apply or to get an interview at a company. However, Naukri does offer paid services to help job seekers advance their careers.

Naukri currently does not have any offering that enables jobseekers to look for internships and also for recruiters which will enable them to post internships. Also, we are turning away our existing clients as well to competitors for internship requirements which could pose a threat to our market share in the future.

- For our clients, it will enable them to post internships and find the right candidate for their companies
- For Business - We will be able to engage our existing clients, acquire new jobseekers looking for internships, and also onboard new clients with small packages and later upsell them other hiring packages
